SnaptideIQ ("we", "us") publishes a fantasy-football sentiment brief and, when active, short-form videos. This policy explains what data this website and our content workflow handle. We keep it deliberately small — the only thing we ask for is an email address, and only if you choose to give it to us.
The website
This marketing site (snaptideiq.io) is a static site. It does not set tracking cookies or run advertising trackers of our own. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us by signing up for the newsletter (see Newsletter, below); that signup uses an embedded form from our newsletter provider, which may set its own cookies on the subscribe page (see Our newsletter provider). Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may log standard, aggregated request data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability; we do not use that data to identify individuals.
Our content
Our videos summarize publicly available commentary from fantasy-football shows and analysts. We do not collect, store, or process personal data about the analysts or creators we reference beyond the public statements being summarized.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address so we can send you the newsletter. We don't ask for your name, birthday, or anything else — just the email. We don't use it for anything besides sending the newsletter and improving it.
New subscriptions use double opt-in: after you submit the form, we send a confirmation email, and you're only added to the list once you click to confirm. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link — unsubscribing is immediate and doesn't require logging in, replying, or telling us why.
Like most email services, our newsletter provider records standard engagement data — such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked — so we can see what's useful and improve the newsletter. We use this to make the read better, not to build individual profiles.
Our newsletter provider
We use beehiiv to send and manage the newsletter. Your email address is stored with them as our service provider — they process it on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes. Our signup form is embedded from beehiiv and may set its own cookies when it loads. beehiiv's own privacy policy governs how they secure and handle that data on their systems.
Social platforms
If/when we publish to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, when we use a platform's API to upload our own videos to our own accounts, we authorize that access through the platform's official login flow. We request only the minimum permissions needed to upload our content (for example, the ability to upload a video as a draft). We do not access, read, or store other users' data through these integrations. Your use of those platforms is governed by each platform's own privacy policy.
Third parties
We do not sell or share personal information. Aside from our hosting, any social platforms we publish to (if/when active), and the newsletter provider described above, we do not transfer visitor data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your newsletter email for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from active sending lists; your address may remain in our provider's suppression list (so we don't accidentally re-add you) and in routine backups for a limited time before it's fully purged.
